This set of swingarm sliders (2) are made exclusively for the Benelli TNT and QJ SRF 125/135 sport bikes.
They are constructed of a 25% carbon fiber/75% nylon blend using modern industrial grade 3D printing - all intended to produce functional parts for low volumes. Each set takes 7 hours, including minimal post-processing, hardware assembly, and annealing. The result is an extremely tough and durable part that is intended heavy duty.
All hardware is 304 stainless steel to prevent rust or corrosion.
Depending on your spool design, you may be able to install these sliders over the swingarm spools. If they have a through-hole that is 6mm. If you would like to do this set up, check the box for the optional 60mm socket cap head screws before you add this to your cart.
Please note: Layer lines are common trait of 3D printed parts, and some minor imperfections may still exist after post-processing. I keep the post-processing to a minimum to avoid higher cost. Besides, why erase the character and uniqueness from each beautiful part 😁? Especially since they are not very noticeable from a foot (30 cm) away.
Limited Production: I'm not certain how long I will be producing these due to the amount of effort they take. Get them while they last!
